a renewable energy consultancy that specialises in full life-cycle
consulting, developing wind, wave and tidal sites for our
Clients from proof of concept through project development,
construction, asset management and onwards to re-powering
or decommissioning.
From our offices in Canada, France and the UK we have
teams of in-house specialists including project managers,
ecologists, GIS and mapping experts, construction managers,
wind farm designers, geotechnical engineers and land agents
who deliver our technical & management services and
advanced tools across 12,000 MW of wind, wave and tidal
projects in Europe, the US and Canada.
We help Clients and Communities with a wide range of projects
– from the largest MW capacity offshore wind projects off
the coast of Ireland to small 4 turbine sites in the glens
of Scotland. We have a 100% successful consenting record
and currently operate more installed MW capacity than any
other consultancy in the UK. These success factors are
all based on a full life-cycle and practical approach to
consulting:
 Proof
of Concept: In this phase of the project lifecycle,
we help Clientsindentify and scope suitable renewable
energy sites, provide initial estimations of the available
energy resource and identify technical and environmental
constraints and issues, totalling almost 11,000 MW of
project experience to date.
 Project
Development: We help Clients take their project
from a concept to a consented project with appropriate
land agreements, grid connection offer and planning permits
in place including full EIA production. We have a 100%
successful record in consenting projects for Clients
with almost 2,000 MW of project experience.
 Construction
Services: Having successfully consented a renewable
energy project, in this phase of the project lifecycle
we help Clients with constructing to plan. We provide
a range of services to assist developers in project realisation
taking the site to commissioning and have constructed
an installed capacity of almost 500 MW.
 Asset
Management: Managing the effective operation
and maintenance of a renewable energy site requires a
unique combination of skills and abilities that we offer
our Clients in this phase of the project lifecycle. Our
in depth knowledge of the previous stages of the project
ensure our site improvements are based on real world
reporting and techniques. We operate more installed MW
capacity in the UK for Clients than any other consultancy.
